How It Works

Once you’ve chosen your keepsake and completed your purchase, you’ll receive a short customising form where you personalise your order and let me know how you’ll send your child’s artwork. I digitise and edit each piece with care, then send you a sneak peek or proof to review before anything is printed or delivered, depending on the option you’ve chosen.
     

The Process

1. Place your order
Choose your Artbook or Collage in the shop. After checkout, you’ll receive your Customisation Form by email.

2. Complete your Customisation Form
Tell me how you’ll send your artwork (upload photos or post originals) and share any preferences for your keepsake. Artbooks also include options such as captions and dedication details.

3. Send your artwork
Post or drop‑off your originals when you’re ready, or upload photos directly in the form (Collages only).

If you’re posting originals, return shipping may apply. Full details are in the Artwork Guide, including what to send, how to prepare it, and tips for photographing and packaging artwork.

4. I digitise and edit each piece
Every artwork is carefully digitised with edges tidied, folds softened, backgrounds removed, and colours balanced so each piece looks its best. If you’ve added the Digital Files option and you send originals, you’ll receive high‑resolution files of each individual artwork.

6. Approve your proof
All Collages include a full digital proof for approval. For Artbooks, you’ll receive a sneak peek (cover + dedication page). If you’d like to review the full internal layout, you can add a full proof at checkout.

7. Delivery
Once your proof is approved, your Artbook or Collage is printed and delivered. You can choose delivery or studio pickup.

Original artworks can be returned on request or responsibly recycled. For digital‑only Collages, return shipping can be added at checkout if you’ve sent originals.

You can upload photos or send originals. I’ll guide you through everything.
