You can send your child’s artwork in two ways:

Photos of artwork

• Perfect for speed and convenience.

• Photograph each piece in good natural light, keeping the artwork flat and the photo as straight as possible. I’ll take care of everything else.

Original artworks

• Ideal for the best colour accuracy and detail.

• You can post or drop them off. I digitise each piece, edit the digital image, and return your originals safely.

• Return shipping is included in the shipping charge on your final invoice.

I never cut or alter physical artwork.
All “cutting”, tidying, and layering happens digitally.

Each artwork is individually digitised and prepared so it looks its best in your Collage. When you send original pieces, we scan or photograph them in high resolution and clean them carefully. This may include repairing small tears, removing pen marks and smudges, minimising creases, tidying edges and reducing shadows from curled or uneven paper.

We also work with tricky materials such as glitter, laminated pieces, collage elements, thick paint, metallics and irregular shapes.

If you’re sending photos of artwork instead of originals, these are lightly cleaned and adjusted for colour, brightness and clarity. Some restoration steps aren’t possible with photo submissions, but we’ll always do our best to make each piece look its best.

Very small artworks or low‑resolution photos can lose quality when enlarged for an A2 print. I’ll check everything before designing your collage and let you know if a different size or layout will work better.

Layered collages work best with 20–30 artworks. For smaller collections, I can create a clean grid layout or suggest other options that will look great. If you only have a few artworks, I may also recommend a smaller print size so the final piece looks clear and well balanced.

1. Choose your collage — Digital or Printed
Select your artwork group.

Digital Collage:
You’ll receive a full‑bleed A1 digital file (PDF & JPEG). If you add a caption, it’s designed within the artwork so you can print or frame it in any size.

Printed Collage:
You’ll receive an A2 giclée print on archival, museum‑grade fine‑art paper (plus the digital file). If you add a caption, it’s placed inside the artwork for full‑bleed prints, or in the bottom margin if you choose a clean border. You can choose a smaller print size (A3, 16"×20", 12"×12") in your customising form — the price is the same.

2. Customise your collage
After purchase, you’ll receive a short form where you can choose your collage shape, add a caption, upload photos or choose to send originals, and include any preferences.

3. Send your artwork
Upload photos or post originals if you're in New Zealand. If you don’t need originals returned (or you’re outside NZ), choose Digital Collage - no artwork returned at checkout.

You’ll choose how to upload your photos in the Customisation Form: email, WeTransfer, or request a private upload link. If you request the link, I’ll email it to you once your form is submitted.

Prices are in NZD, include all taxes, and do not include shipping.

Your final price is based on your artwork group (4–60 pieces). Photos and originals are the same price. For larger collections or custom print sizes, I’m happy to prepare a custom quote.

Printed Collage

• Shipped within New Zealand only, or you can collect from our Devonport Studio.

• Shipping is calculated at checkout. The return of any original artworks is included in your shipping. No handling fee applies.
