A simple overview of how shipping works, how your artwork is handled, and what to expect with custom‑made orders.
New Zealand Shipping
We ship all printed products within New Zealand only. This includes:
Artbooks
Printed Collages
Return of original artwork
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
Digital Collages (Worldwide)
Digital Collages are delivered by email and can be ordered from anywhere in the world. If you upload photos of the artwork, no shipping applies.
Sending Original Artwork
Sending originals is available within New Zealand only. You are responsible for packaging and posting your artwork to us. Originals are returned with your printed order.
Express Turnaround
Express turnaround may be available on request and is invoiced separately.
Returns & Refunds
All My Smart Artbook products are custom‑made to your child’s artwork, so we are unable to offer change‑of‑mind refunds.
Manufacturing Issues
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Shipping Damage
If your order is damaged in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the claim and arrange a replacement.
Digital Products
Digital‑only Collages and digital files are non‑refundable once delivered.
File Storage
We store your digitised artwork files for 3 months from the date your order is delivered. Duplicate copies or digital files can be purchased at any time within this period.
