Fill out the online Order Form to receive your free Postage or Printable Starter Kit.

Compile Your Artwork

Fill the mailer bag (or a box) with all the artwork you wish to include in your Artbook, Print or Digital Gallery and complete an Art Submission Form for each child. For guidance on what to include and how to package your contents securely, read the Tips Sheet in your Kit or visit our FAQ page.

Send us Your Artwork

Courier your artwork to our Auckland studio. If you live locally, you can make an appointment to drop off your artwork in person.

Confirm Your Order

Once we receive your submission, we will send you a confirmation email along with an invoice. Upon payment of the invoice, we will begin working on your order. Please note that payments are accepted via bank transfer only.

Approve Your Proof

If you have ordered a proof (free for Prints, $20 for Artbooks), you will receive an email with an electronic proof of the Artbook or Custom Print for your approval before printing. Up to two minor changes are included for Prints, and up to five for Artbooks. Additional amendments will be charged at $40 per hour.

Your Order Arrives

In 4-6 weeks you will receive your finished Artbook, Custom Print or other personalised products. Your digital images will be sent to you via email with a download link, and your original artwork will be returned upon request or responsibly recycled.
