How it Works

2. Choose your product - Artbook or Collage.
3. Send your artwork - We’ll guide you through the process. Your originals are always returned safely.
4. Create your content - Once your product arrives, we ask that content is created within 14 days.
FAQ
Will my child’s original artwork be returned?
Yes — absolutely. All originals are handled with care and returned safely once they’ve been digitised. Nothing is cut, glued, or altered in any way.
What if I don’t like the final product?
We guide you through artwork selection to ensure a beautiful result. If something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re happy to make small adjustments so the design feels just right. Our process is collaborative, and we’ll always check in with you before anything is printed.
Because each keepsake is created from your child’s original artwork, natural variations in texture, colour and linework are part of the charm, but if anything feels off or not what you expected, just let us know. We want you to be genuinely happy with your keepsake, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
Do I need to show my face?
No — you can create content that focuses on the product and your home.
Can I choose the size of the print if I choose the Collage?
Yes — you can select your preferred size and orientation to fit your frame
How long does the process take?
Once we receive your artwork, your product is created within 3–4 weeks.
